Baltimore is having an Arts Festival to Celebrate the 300th anniversary of the founding of St. Petersburg. Why? I haven't a clue, we have no ties to the city. This article from the City Paper argues the point better than I could. Other Baltimore Bloggers are equally puzzled. The residents of St. Petersburg, have no idea that Baltimore is even a city.
