While not quite as fun as telling children there is no Santa, you can still de-bunk other Christmas myths.

Spotty updates for a while. I'm going to Oregon on Friday. Have a look at this. At first glance it's cute, awwww kittens. Then you realize, they're actually kittens.

Bill's Antique Christmas Light Site is incredibly comprehensive. Of special interest are the sections on Bubble Lights, Aluminum Christmas Trees, and an fact filled FAQ.

This weekend I went to the Mayor's Christmas Parade which included the 20th consecutive appearance of the Underdog Lady. While in Hamden, I also went to look at the lights on 34th St.

You might not think that an online verson of paint-by-numbers could be compelling. In fact, it is highly addictive and satisfying.

In Austria, today is Krampus Day. Krampus is Santa's evil sidekick who takes bad children to Hell.

I've made a semi-permanent box, for some excellent online Advent Calendars. Hoopla Presents is expecially recomended. Go every day, but don't peek ahead.

Vegas was wonderful. I highly recomend the Westward Ho's $1.00 Craps table. However, if I were offered a luxury Vegas vacation, I would choose the Venetian.
